In a live commercial environment it's not about us; management is the key to success. Tenants must have access, noise and dust must be controlled, services must continue and open, regular communication is as much our role as is the construction itself.
The project to upgrade St Andrew's House in the Sydney CBD is a classic example of our commercial know-how. This $10 million site was live, including school children, while we upgraded the entire core building—from lifts to public areas, offices to school libraries and engineering services.
Our most recent projects include:
Five Dock, 52 Great North Road
Construction of a new mixed-use four level building providing retail areas, commercial areas and four apartments with premium finishes. A basement car park provides access from the rear lane and a lift services all floors.
Sydney 263 Clarence Street
This project involved refurbishment and upgrade to thirteen floors of commercial office space, while nine of the floors remained occupied. The works included a major services upgrade, three lift car fit outs, electrical and data works and ground floor foyer fitout.
Sydney 61-63 Market St
The works involved a refurbishment to thirteen floors of commercial office space and included upgrading all the major services such as airconditioning, electrical, lifts and data works to meet the Building Code Australia(BCA) standard.
NRMA Motorserve Seven Hills, Liverpool & Tuggeranong
These projects involve refurbishments and fitouts of office space for the NRMA Motorserve programme and are part of a succession of planned NRMA works which we will undertake throughout NSW & ACT.
