Our current business plan includes the goal of further developing our capability in this sector. We plan to capitalise on our existing track record in the sector by better utilising our extensive KNOW HOW in the hospitals, aged care and other specialist accommodation projects.

Retired Brothers Residence,
Hunters Hill (2009)
$5 million
This was a design and construct project involving 16 specialist units as well as a chapel, common areas and a basement car park.
St. Hedwigs, Blacktown (2006)
$6 million
We added a further 75 high-care beds to this facility as well as 15 additional beds in the specialist dementia unit. The project involved a new level and two new wings.
Columbans Mission Institute (2009)
$0.5 million
Three dwellings were fully refurbished and redecorated. Consideration given to minimising energy usage.
Milton Nursing Home, Roseville (2004)
$3.5 million
This 45 bed facility was completely gutted and refurbished. A whole new third level was added to the home during this project.
Maroubra Nursing Home (2004)
$1 million
This 90 bed building facility underwent extensive refurbishment and upgrade of facilities while occupied.
