This project involved the stripout of the existing tenancy and then the creation of a new amenities area, new structural openings and upgrading the services. To allow continuous adjacent trading and maintain pedestrian access, work was undertaken out of business hours.

A shopping centre refurbishment and upgrade which involved the mall flooring and ceiling being replaced outside of trading hour shifts. The existing amenities and services, car parks and external facade where also upgraded.

Refurbishment of the food court space within the footprint of two commercial office buildings, staged to keep the centre trading. The works included the creation of new locations for the escalators, construction of additional food-court space, kitchen and services works

Frenchs Forrest
Carpark

A staged construction of a new suspended car park level over an existing operational loading dock. This project was constructed in a busy industrial estate, with the loading dock area utilised 24 hours per day 5 days per week by the Target retail chain.
