The learning curve has got a lot steeper in recent years and the need to specialise is a central part of the competitive frontier, so that is what we have done.
OVER MORE RECENT times we have actively sought to create a culture underpinned by expert construction and commercial know how.
We have been steadily developing a solid team of likeminded people to oversee and deliver our projects. This team includes construction and project managers, estimators and administrators.
All are committed to the objectives we have and the close collaborative relationships we seek. Our ongoing internal development program ensures that the values and objective that underpin our business plan continue to shape the culture and team dynamics we know make a difference.
THE COMPANY WAS founded in 1994. Two years later we won our first significant project with the University of Sydney, a client we continue to serve to this day.
By 1998 we had completed our 100th project. By 1999 we had won our first project worth more than $5 million. The same year we won two gold MBA awards, and we’ve been regular winners ever since.
By 2000 our turnover hit the $20 million mark and steadily rose over the following decade, with annual turnover now at $50 million.
Today, we specialise in several key sectors and this strategy is not only helping us grow but it ensures our expertise will continue to develop.
